I watch true movies quite a lot and I've found that on most occassions in mid flow the film tends to break up and get distorted. The voices don't go with the sound or vica versa. I don't know if it is a fault with the film or the channel it self. It does not do it on any other channel just on true moives. It definately needs sorting out because it makes it vertually impossible to watch anything other wise.

Hi Annie, it's been pointed out a few times. I've no idea why it keeps happening but it does spoil what are otherwise a watchable bunch of channels. I tend to watch the channels less because of this. Not good for True Movies!

Dear Anne and Kevin,

We are aware of the problem and please accept our sincere apologies for this, we attempted to put a system in place to even out the sound levels of films in relation to adverts, however this affected the Lip sync. We have now taking the system out of practice and hopefully the lip sync should be correct now. If you see it again please let me know what film and when and this will help us to correct this frustrating problem.

It's a general problem (on most channels) that ads are louder than programmes. But I guess if they're very much louder it can be a problem. But I'd rather have that problem than the programme being corrupted.

Anyway, let's see how it goes from now on. Though I'm probably not as regular a viewer of TM as some others here - mainly because there's so much stuff on the other channels generally that I want to watch but don't have time to!

What I do is come to the forum for comments or look at the TV Guide or sites such as locatetv.com and if I see TM films that look interesting I may set myself a reminder to watch them at a later date. So eventually I do end up watching quite a bit but not necessarily straight away!
